Shipping Information

Please be aware any orders placed on or after 2pm on Thursday 15/05/2025, will not be dispatched until Wednesday 21/05/2025. We will be Closed for Stock Take.

Fan Collectables ship to the United Kingdom (UK). We charge a flat £4.50 Postage and Packing fee on orders which are under £70.00. Orders which are £70.00 or over are shipped with FREE postage and packaging. We ship all our parcels on a 2 - 3 day tracked delivery service , this excludes weekends and bank holidays. During busy periods this time may increase. Any delays in dispatching of orders will be posted on our Facebook site. The link to our Facebook page is on our home page.

Fan Collectables ship to the European counties, listed below. 

For all orders outside of the  UK you will be responsible for all local Taxes, VAT and any other additional import duties and clearance fees. 

Any packages sent back to us, through non-delivery or non-collection will be refunded minus any shipping costs, we incur.

We ship all our parcels by Tracked Royal Mail Air Mail on a 7 - 10 day delivery service, this excludes weekends and bank holidays (UK).  Any delays in dispatching of orders will be posted on our Facebook site. The link to our Facebook page is on our home page.

All parcels are tracked from when they leave us to when they are delivered to you. On confirmation of dispatch from ourselves we will send you the tracking reference number, so you are also able to monitor the progress of the parcel. 

If you believe a parcel should have arrived with yourself, we would always recommend that you track your parcel first with the courier as they will have more update information and this would be where we would also check first. 

If you believe a parcel has not been delivered, but the tracking on the couriers website is showing delivered we will raise a full investigation which includes GPS tracking co-ordinates, delivery person interview, couriers own CCTV or photographic evidence. If after the investigation evidence points to no delivery, we will happily refund you or send you out a replacement (If Stock is still available) this will be the buyers decision, but if the courier's investigation proves the delivery has taken place, they do have the legal right to prosecute for a fraudulent  claim
